A while ago, I saw a car doing that, coming right up to the crosswalk line. I was like 'tsk tsk' and about to cross, when some agile young guy just climbed onto the hood and flipped over it! People crossing laughed, the driver got out and yelled at the guy, but he was already long gone lol.
Regardless of age, most drivers are like that. It's such a common thing that most don't even realize it's wrong. Even though their own parents or children might experience the same thing. No matter how I think about it, our driving culture is just trash from the root.
